Went to see NZ movie "Boy" last night. It was fabulous - so funny but so very sad as well, I laughed and cried at the same time. It's more poignant than the trailer suggests.
I looked at the trailer and this sounds really good. I think we may have similar taste in independent movies.
I still haven't managed to see the hedgehog yet. I hasn't been showing here, unless I was too late to catch it. It'll probably get to my local indi cinema eventually, if not I'll try to get in on DVD.
I'm a health worker and all round dabbler. I am married to a lovely man and am just trying to get as much out of life as I can, while treasuring the simple things too!
